High Speed Transient Stability - A Multiprocessing Solution

چکیده

This paper presents a method for solving power system transient stability problem by multiprocessing computing. A new algorithm based on system splitting, partitioning and Wmatrix techniques has been developed and implemented in the High Speed Transient Stability (HSTS) program. This program has embedded parallelism and can be executed on various platforms of parallel and distributed processing hardware.
